Formed in 2008 during the bank owned home era to assist banking institutions liquidate their real estate assets. After several successful years as the leaders in bank owned home asset sales we continued to evolve.

After a chance encounter with a family law attorney we quickly became entrenched in assisting attorneys, family members, heirs, and nonprofits sell their properties. Our services include all aspects of the liquidation of real estate assets for probate, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and divorcing parties.
